Return Policy


You may return your purchase based on these criteria:

Merchandise must be returned in new and re-selllable condition, with the exception of special orders.

Merchandise returned in less than new and re-sellable condition may not qualify for a full refund, or no refund at all.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item purchased was defective, or an incorrect part was shipped.

You have 30 days from the time you receive your purchase to return merchandise.

You must request a Return Authorizaton number by emailing

That number must be written on the outside of the box.

Merchandise must be returned in packaging which will protect the contents against shipping damage, with a tracking number.

There is no refund for custom, one of a kind orders.

Regarding the purchase of wheels:
IMPORTANT: Before purchasing wheels, please check with our knowledgeable sales staff concerning proper offsets and fitment.

When you receive your wheels remove from shipping boxes and inspect for damage.

Report any damage immediately by calling 888 563 7227. We can only file one claim for the shipment.

Require that your installer/technician test fit the wheels to insure there is adequate caliper clearance. If there is not enough clearance, call 888 563 7227 for resolution options.

Wheels that are mounted and balanced cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
